It is the Team that delivers! 

In 2001, Futt was born, and a dream to put coaching on the map in Norway became a reality. Futt evolved from coaching individuals and leaders to developing teams, departments, and organizations.

I remember the leadership program with Rådmentor for KS, where municipal managers were challenged to better understand themselves through inspirations from Dantes Inferno , core values, and key thoughts. Or when the marketing department at Redningsselskapet worked to help each individual explore their goals and visions, harnessing their potential.

After about 10 years on this journey, chance encounters and a desire to delve deeper into change processes led me to focus more on HR and adding more to the field. My expertise was then used to assist various companies in developing individuals, teams, culture, and organization. Taking responsibility for the development of leaders in a 4,000-employee organization led to the creation of the Leading with Passion leadership program. Approximately 250 leaders from Norway, Sweden, England, the Baltics, Central Europe, and Russia participated, and the program succeeded in bridging cultures, backgrounds, and ethnicities. This sparked a profound interest in diversity and the crucial role of teamwork in success. It became clear that individual development means little if we cannot appreciate differences, and that individuals with diverse skills, personalities, and backgrounds can complement each other effectively.

After about a decade, the pull to return to the consultancy and mentoring "circus horse" was so strong that I concluded a long and enlightening period in the corporate carousel. With a burning desire to help individuals and teams grow together, I believe that tolerance and appreciation of differences contribute to a better society to live in.
