  • Coaching certification from Erickson College.

  • Board Competence certification from The Norwegian Business School (BI)

Experience:

  • 10 years as a consultant in leadership and organizational development.

  • 10 years as an HR Director with both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.

  • As a consultant, served as an Executive Coach for leaders and key employees, developed and conducted leadership training, team development, culture building, and conflict resolution.

  • As an HR Director, responsible for recruitment, organizational development, strategic HR, culture building, team development, and HR systems and procedures.

  • Developed and implemented a leadership development program for 3,000 employees across Scandinavia, the Baltics, and Central Europe over a two-year period.
